CC3 Challenge Project #6

Howdy All .. Happy Friday !!!    This week went super fast .. I guess that's normal when you go back to work after being off a week  :)  Ok, so the comendium challenge this week is .........................

 

I loved it when I saw that challenge come up .. I just snagged me some of Tim's burlap panels on the clearance rack at Michaels for $2.49 .. if you're in the St. Louis area don't bother looking .. I took all they had .. LOL.

So I wrapped my canvas in tissue wrap and kept it there with multi medium ....................

 

 

I dug through my stash of Tim's ephemera pack and choose some to start the layering.    I HAD to use the C3 card .. it's my shout out the CC3 challenge !!!  :) (thank you Linda:)    So I used Mustard Seed (go figure) and Wild Honey distress paint to give it alittle color.    Then I knocked the brightness down alittle with some Frayed Burlap distress ink.

 

The picture of the boy with the dog was soooooooooooo cute .. HAD to use it too.    I have four furry babies and I just love their company.    So then I used more of my Tim stash (that is so hard to do !!) and kept adding to the canvas.    Here is the project complete.

 

 

I normally don't toot my own horn, but I am so in love with my bow !!    I'm bow challenged and I'm telling you I am just so proud of it !!   I used Tim's trick on doing it and that makes a huge difference. Looking at the canvas now I see the arrow probably should of come down some, but .. I really like it.   It's not too full .. but it's really cute .. TOOT TOOT.. lol.
